Terms and Conditions – Petrichor Perfumes Trading

1. Prices & Currency:
   All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Terms: 
   • Full payment is required before order dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, or Mobile Wallets (e.g., Ooredoo Money).
3. Delivery:
   • Standard delivery within Doha: 1–3 working days.
   • Other areas in Qatar: 3–5 working days.
   • Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.
4. Custom Orders:
   • Orders involving custom blends or personalized packaging are non-refundable.
   • Production begins only after payment confirmation.
5. Returns & Exchanges:
   • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, sealed products only.
   • Customer must provide proof of purchase.
   • Custom orders and opened products are not eligible for return.
6. Product Care: 
   Store perfumes and incense in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve quality and fragrance.
7. Liability: 
   Petrichor Perfumes Trading is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of products. Please test on a small area before full use.
8. Quotation Validity: 
   This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
9. Ownership: 
   Goods remain the property of Petrichor Perfumes Trading until full payment is received.
